• Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days, excluding production time, which could take up to 5-10 business days.

• We offer fast and reliable shipping to customers worldwide via Canada Post. Shipping costs will be determined during the checkout process according to the shipping destination.

  • USA: $25 flat rate

  • Canada: $20 flat rate

  • International: $40 flat rate

• Kindly be aware that the purchaser is accountable for any applicable customs duties. These duties vary by country and are determined by the customs authorities. It's essential to be aware of these potential charges to avoid any unexpected costs upon delivery.

Returns:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@primebelt.ca. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.

• As Primebelt items are meticulously handcrafted, we retain the discretion to decline certain returns depending on the item's resale potential.

• Please note that custom-ordered products, such as embroidered belts, are non-refundable.

• Under no circumstance do we accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
